RETURNS
We know that sometimes returns are inevitable. We do ask that you contact us before sending an item back because sometimes all that is needed is a little explanation or further instruction from people who use and know these products.
Baby carrier returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. To qualify for a full refund, the item should be in the same condition as purchased and should include all wrapping or packaging materials and inserts. There should be no alteration, damage, shrinkage, or stains of any part of an item to qualify for full refund or even exchange. Since parcel carriers may lose items, we recommend that your return be sent with a delivery confirmation. Please know that we can't be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return shipment. Original and return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Because we think it can be helpful to wash baby slings, wraps, and carriers in order to be acquainted with the actual feel of the fabric, a properly laundered baby carrier may be accepted in exchange for another. Contact us with your request.
To help offset costs, a minimal restocking fee (noted in the item description) will be applied to returns of previously-returned items. Orders shipped free may be assessed shipping if returned.
